what if i am using a windows then i install linux and after that i can install mac os on it. does that count?

no that does not fricking count. a Mac is an Apple Computer that runs the Mac OS. nothing else can be considered a Mac. what you have is a hacked wintel box. nothing more.
well very soon there'll be mactel right. so i guess it's fair to allow that as a mac.
